3 Things: 3 Ways To Create Deal Flow (Besides Reaching Out To Brokers)

These are three ways to create deal flow besides reaching out to brokers.

1. Reach out to property managers. Find qualified PMs the you trust to run your properties and let them know what you are looking for.  They typically have deal flow of their own that they can share.  

2. Join masterminds or real estate investing groups and develop relationships with like minded investors and partner up.  

3. Raise capital. Build a list of investors and bring capital to a deal.  Right now the money is easier to find the deals and although you need to be underwriting deals and making offers don’t underestimate the power of raising capital to get in a deal.
